Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading an enablement team to provide the sales team with the learning materials, content, training material and resources necessary to drive growth and success at Henry Schein One.  Partnering with the sales, product and marketing teams, the Sales Enablement Manager will drive the team to develop, execute, and manage impactful, data-driven solutions to transform and optimize the sales process.  Success is measured by the overall business impact of the team and their impact on revenue growth.

What you will do
  • Work closely with a team of direct reports to remove obstacles, improve processes, coach on product knowledge and sales skills, to achieve meaningful enablement aligned to company goals
  • Exhibits excellent knowledge of company products, pricing practices and selling skills
  • Work with sales and marketing leaders to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the sales enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship and partnership at all levels within the company, enablement specialists, sales managers and sales reps, begin to build partnerships externally
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Work with sales training and product education teams to provide effective onboarding, training, and mentoring programs for Henry Schein One sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate sales focused content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously improve the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Manage and maintain sales enablement platform to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers need
  • Provide regular reports on key sales enablement analytics for sales and marketing leadership
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Drive change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Product teams
  • Resolve complex issues in effective ways

Travel/Physical Demands
  • Typically, less than 10%. No special physical demands are required.

Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically, 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience
  • 1+ years of managerial experience 
  • Typically, a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline
  • Demonstrated success in sales enablement, marketing operations, business operations, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
  • Proven experience in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Product teams
  • Experience managing sales enablement software (e.g. Showpad, HubSpot, Highspot)
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems and ability to train sales team on use of sales enablement platform
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce
  • Advanced understanding of territory management including segmentation and modeling
  • Proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of industry practices
  • High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
  • Good planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task

Nice to have:
  • Master's degree or global equivalent
  • May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance

The posted range for this position is $103,000.00 - $129,000.00 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range.
