We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect for our Business Intelligence team that is responsible for advanced data pipelines, data structures, transformations, and final output datasets for consumption by AI and individuals of various business functions. You will be designing, governing, and implementing AI solutions that drive business value across the organization. You serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, and executive leadership to identify opportunities for adoption of AI and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. You will lead the design of AI-enabled products and processes, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and establish best practices for responsible AI usage.
This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.
What You Will Do
Lead the Business Systems and Analytics team on advanced data projects
Partner with internal customers to gather end-to-end AI requirements, issues, and scope of complex projects
Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
Develop AI roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and technology strategy.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and industry trends
Provide guidance on responsible AI, governance, compliance, and risk management and establish architecture standards, patterns, and reference frameworks for AI initiatives
Design end-to-end AI architectures including data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance
Technical Skills
Data Engineering: ETL development and MySQL
Analytics: Descriptive and predictive analytics development, plus semantic layer design
Documentation: Markdown file creation with YAML headers
Content/Knowledge Management: OKF/Wiki design and implementation
Programming: Python required; HTML/CSS/JavaScript a plus
What We Are Looking For
8+ years of related experience in business intelligence, data engineering or related experience
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
Proven independent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
Ability to build and maintain partnerships and relationships at all levels
Consultative skills with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to deliver difficult messages effectively
What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Working fluency within Domo, Claude and/or Cursor
The posted range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000, which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
