Here, your strengths are recognized, your development matters, and your wins celebrated.

As the Principal Architect for Go-to-Market Systems, you will own the technical vision for the platform that runs our go-to-market motion and builds the most complex parts of it. In this role, you will partner closely with business systems leadership to define and execute enterprise architecture initiatives, and will be accountable for the overall coherence, stability, and extensibility of the systems that support marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash.

Salesforce is the center of that landscape, but the scope of this role extends across the full GTM stack, including deciding which workflows should be built on Salesforce, and which should not. You will be responsible for hands-on design and build on the highest-complexity initiatives, while also providing technical oversight and design guidance for our entire team of architects, admins, and developers.

Success in this role means enabling a high-performing, scalable GTM technology ecosystem that measurably improves sales effectiveness through faster quoting, better data quality, streamlined processes, and reduced manual workarounds. The ideal candidate will establish a stable, well-documented architecture foundation that supports future growth while mentoring administrators and developers to deliver higher-quality solutions more efficiently. They will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on roadmap planning, prioritization, and change management, ensuring technology decisions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

This position is open to remote candidates within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.

What You Will Do

Architecture & Design
  • Define and maintain the technical architecture vision for GTM systems, spanning Salesforce and the surrounding ecosystem of GTM tooling
  • Translate the GTM roadmap into concrete architectural designs and technical execution plans
  • Identify and close architectural gaps that create fragility, redundancy, or silos, and represent those constraints in planning discussions
  • Own the data architecture that supports smarter selling, designing how customer, product, and usage data moves between systems and reaches the teams that rely on it
  • Engage directly with the teams using GTM systems day to day to understand where friction exists and where architecture decisions are falling short in practice
Build & Extend
  • Lead design and hands-on development on the highest-complexity initiatives, including integrations, data architecture, custom solutions, and new tool implementations
  • Evaluate tools and platforms for architectural fit and long-term scalability, and make recommendations on what to buy, build, or retire
  • Do the work the outcome requires, whether that is learning a new system, unblocking an admin, or taking over a complex flow buildout
  • Treat integration as a first-class design concern, since the seams between systems shape the customer experience
  • Work as part of an agile unit, contributing to the backlog and shipping in sprints alongside the team
Technical Leadership
  • Serve as the primary technical partner to business systems leadership, advising on initiative scope, roadmap feasibility, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Set and maintain technical standards for design, build, and release across the business systems team
  • Provide code review, technical oversight, and coaching to the architects, admins, and developers executing the roadmap
  • Partner with the architecture team to align architectural decisions within their respective domains with the broader enterprise vision

What We Are Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications and GTM systems architecture, including ownership of Salesforce architecture strategy across multiple clouds and integrated platforms
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and quote-to-cash processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Data architecture and integration experience, including data modeling, governance, and enterprise system interoperability
  • Proven ability to define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and guide development best practices across teams
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leading complex initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and translate technical concepts for both business and technical audiences

What Will Set You Apart
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience with sales productivity and revenue technology ecosystems (e.g., Clari, Outreach, Groove, or similar tools); Salesforce certifications, high-growth environment experience, and large-scale platform migration expertise

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
