Job Summary
This position is responsible for management of the product marketing team. We are seeking an experienced, performance-driven leader who will apply their strategic and hands-on experience to guide the team in commercializing our software and services. 

What you will do
  • GTM Strategy:  Lead go to market strategy, working with the team to craft, initiate and lead commercialization strategy for HS1’s entire product and services portfolio. This includes packaging, messaging, sales enablement, and planning for a fantastic customer journey. This role works closely with product management and GMs to determine the best way to commercialize products in relation to the rest of the HS1 portfolio.
  • Messaging & Positioning:  Developing differentiated messaging and positioning for our products, working closely with product management to translate product capabilities into straightforward, compelling customer-facing content.
  • Competitive Analysis & Customer Insights: Lead the team in continuously monitoring the market to track competitive intelligence, voice of customer, and market trends, and anticipate buyer needs and behavior. Insights derived are translated into sales enablement assets and working with product management to help define the product roadmap.
  • Process creation and role definition; This leader will need to refine and/or develop processes for the key responsibilities of the product marketing team. They will also need to clarify roles and responsibilities with other teams, increasing clarity.

Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically 7+ years of product marketing/GTM experience; 3 or more years of management experience.
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

  • Lead teams to achieve company goals and solve complex business issues in creative and effective ways
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills and techniques
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships
  • Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politics
  • Broad and wide-range of professional and managerial skills with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
  • Ability to lead and develop virtual teams
  • Outstanding in multiple technical and business skills

  • Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

    The posted range for this position is $110,000-$145,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 15% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
