Job Summary
This position is responsible to define business requirements for more complex programs and key initiatives, develop business and program requirements, utilize existing content, develop content as necessary, and execute on program release plans.  Through influence and relationship management, coordinate inter-related projects and facilitate collaboration across functions and teams. Manage ongoing program operations and evangelize programs, give presentations, and write copy as necessary to explain and promote programs to internal and external audiences.

What you will do
  • Creates cross-functional project plans for developing and releasing programs, including at scale. Coordinates more complex inter-related projects and facilitates communication and collaboration across functions and teams
  • Learn about technical products with limited guidance
  • Work with multiple internal clients on concurrent projects
  • Deliver presentations and training
  • Gain a deep understanding of business requirements, stakeholders, audiences for content and key metrics; shape a data-driven opinion for how to segment and differentiate communication
  • Work with the Operations, Product and/or Marketing and/or other functional teams to execute launch and communicate programs
  • Create processes to manage the complexity of a more sophisticated and differentiated communication strategy including but not limited to documentation, refresh cadence, and collateral audit (i.e., audit collateral included in communications and making sure they stay updated)
  • Build out communications plans and identify the highest-impact topics, cadences, and hosts. Track attendance and performance
  • Collaborate with end users, business technologists, and cross-functional teams to prioritize goals, identify constraints, dependencies, and mitigate risks
  • Develop comprehensive product/program designs, including specifications and task prioritization.
  • Design program business intelligence capabilities that empower us to understand the reach and impact of our programs and work; work with CS operations to build and evolve
  • Keep the necessary internal and external teams informed about substantial changes to our programs so that they are equipped to speak to the initiatives, plans and targeted outcomes
  • May write design documents and technical specifications for program components
  • Evangelize programs internally and externally. Informs internal teams about program features and benefits.
  • Resolve complex issues in effective ways
  • Build partnerships at all levels within the company, ability to build partnerships externally
  • Assists marketing campaign managers with campaign planning and ad design. Writes web copy, magazine and newsletter articles, and other copies as necessary to explain and promote programs
  • Manage ongoing program operations
  • Monitors and reports on program budget and performance
  • Identify ways to leverage program strengths and resolves challenges as they arise
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required
Travel/Physical Demands
  • Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. 5 or more years of related program management or functional experience preferred
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
  • Experience (5+ years) working in related functional area; program management experience a B2B capacity across a variety of mediums (e.g. email, webinars etc.) in a similar capacity at Saas, Cloud, and on Prem companies highly desired
  • Proven track record of influencing and leading strategy and working with account teams and senior services leads
  • Proven track record of working across cross-functional stakeholders and making strategic recommendations to evolve high-profile, high-impact programs.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills with the ability to present to different audiences.
  • Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
  • Excellent understanding of industry practices

The posted range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
