Job Summary
This position is responsible for identifying, establishing, and closing new business opportunities while fostering growth within existing accounts. The primary focus is on generating new revenue streams, driving product adoption, and expanding the customer base through strategic sales efforts. The role involves developing and executing account acquisition strategies, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and aligning Henry Schein One’s solutions to meet customer needs and business outcomes. Sr. Enterprise Account Executives are experts in multiple technical software solutions (across the Henry Schein One portfolio of products) and manage multifaceted buying cycles with Henry Schein One customers and/or prospects in the dental market. They understand key practice/DSO outcomes, identify gaps in practice software and technology, and deploy methodical and consultative sales approach to drive substantial incremental revenue for Henry Schein One.  This may include consulting on growth and acquisition strategies and positioning strategic partners for the best outcomes. 

What you will do
  • Achieve revenue and new bookings quotas by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts (e.g., NDSO, DSO, DPO,).
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with prospective and existing customers’ executive and account teams.
  • Strategically position the Henry Schein One brand by representing the full portfolio of products and services to new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to penetrate new markets, close deals, and ensure customer success.
  • Leverage OneSchein partnerships and resources to strengthen customer relationships and drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, and Services) to design and deliver impactful solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Conduct account planning and ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding and account management.
  • Negotiate terms, create contracts, and close large, multi-year agreements with enterprise-level customers.

Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically, 10 or more years of sales, business development, or related experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Typically, a bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts in SaaS or enterprise software markets 
  • Proven expertise in new business development, consultative sales, and account expansion within competitive industries
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and drive strategic alignment with customers
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Knowledge of enterprise contracting and navigating complex agreements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for articulating value propositions and ROI to executive audiences
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead customer and prospect meetings with executive stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize opportunities effectively and manage complex sales cycles
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for the company and customers
  • Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in financial acumen to align sales strategies with business profitability

  • 10 or more years of sales, business development, or related experience in enterprise software or SaaS in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts in SaaS or enterprise software markets in a dental technology or healthcare experience


The posted base range for this position is $100,000.00 - $114.000.00 with an On target earnings range of $200,000.00 to $225,000.00. This is the expected range for an employee who is new to the role, to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
