Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Sr Product Manager to drive the vision, design, and delivery of our data platform product supporting Revenue Cycle Management. In this role, you will translate customer needs and feedback into intuitive, impactful data products that help our clients grow their business, while balancing trade-offs across user experience, development, and operational support. You will act as the voice of the customer, partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, and champion innovative solutions that differentiate us in the marketplace.

You will be responsible for defining product requirements, monitoring key business and customer metrics, and ensuring successful product launches in collaboration with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams. This role requires deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate trade-off decisions across the customer experience, development and operational support in partnership with teams
  • Create useful, intuitive data products that help our customers grow their business
  • Review customer feedback, prioritize it, and transform it into clearly defined product requirements
  • Be the customer advocate for solution designs
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure releases meet -- and exceed -- customer expectations
  • Coordinate with other product managers and engineers to deliver product functionality that set us apart from our competition
  • Continuously monitor, measure and report on key business and customer metrics. Identify areas for continuous testing and optimization
  • Work closely with Customer Support, Customer Success and Marketing to launch new capabilities
  • Be the most knowledgeable person in the company on assigned product(s)
  • Help the consulting and sales teams solve problems and discover innovative answers to hard questions
  • Work closely with other teams to create materials including white papers, help documentation, blog posts, and customer presentations
  • Collaborate across internal partners (Sales, Account Management, Support, Development, and Marketing) as well as external customers to understand challenges/requirements for innovative solutions that help customers get to agreement faster
  • Visit customers and attend industry events

Travel/Physical Demands
  • Travel typically less than 10%

Qualifications

What You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • 5 – 7 years of product management experience with a background in analytics, data science, ETL, or data platform products
  • Experience in developing market requirements for hardware and software products and services
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) – billing, coding, claims processing, denials management, eligibility verification, and payer dynamics
  • Familiarity with AI/ML data requirements and experimentation frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing presentations and training
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and build consensus among diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with excellent business judgment
  • Proactively identifies gaps and opportunities, takes ownership, and drives solutions beyond defined scope
  • Bias toward action – makes informed decisions quickly, iterates, and course-corrects as needed
  • Demonstrates initiative and leadership by stepping in to lead efforts without formal delegation or explicit direction
  • Demonstrates voice-of-the-customer mindset, paired with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and translate insights into clear recommendations

The posted range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
