Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Jarvis Analytics platform – a tool that empowers dental practices with real-time insights and actionable data.

As a Sr Product Manager on our Patient Experience & Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our Jarvis Analytics solution. Your day to day will involve defining and executing the product vision and roadmap, driving user-centric designs and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of dental professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.


What You Will Do

  • Conduct thorough customer research and interviews to understand user needs, challenges, and preferences to address complex problems
  • Develop data-informed strategies and roadmaps to guide product and platform investment decisions
  • Prioritize work, manage dependencies, and deliver product experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers and meet business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization – including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support – to develop and launch products
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understanding
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product direction and identify new areas of opportunity
  • Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and supporting the development of peers

Travel/Physical Demands

Qualifications

What You Will Have
  • 5 + years of experience in product management with a focus on delivering B2B software solutions, preferably with a SaaS analytics platform
  • Experience leading 1 – 3 significant product launches from concept to delivery, demonstrating ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle and cross-functional coordination
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating within a matrixed organization to coordinate across business units and functions, successfully launching software products that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable results
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a consistent track record of using data, customer insights, and external benchmarks to inform product decisions and develop well-supported points of view
  • Customer focused mindset: you understand and address customer needs, with an interest in engaging with users to validate those solutions align with their expectations and challenges
  • Demonstrates a bias toward action, consistently driving projects forward with a sense of urgency, making decisions swiftly while maintaining focus on delivering results
  • Skilled in breaking down product goals into incremental, testable steps that align with iterative development practices
  • Capable of clearly communicating product progress and outcomes to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with an openness to feedback and growth
Nice to Haves
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Relevant industry certifications
  • Understanding of data visualization, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with data integration and API management enabling seamless connections between systems and platforms
  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially in terms of scalability and security for analytics applications
  • Experience in the medical or dental industry, bringing valuable industry insights to the table

The posted range for this position is $105,000 - $158,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
