Here, your strengths are recognized, your development matters, and your wins celebrated.
As the Manager of GTM Systems, you will own the vision and execution of the vital lead-to-cash systems that support our business, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market, to translate business priorities into a scoped, executable systems roadmap. You will own the enterprise architecture underlying our GTM technology stack, sitting at the intersection of business strategy and technical architecture and diving deep into the system to make it happen.
This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.
What You Will Do
Strategic Advisement
- Partner with leadership teams to understand business priorities and strategic direction
- Advise on tradeoffs and alternative approaches, drawing on deep systems and business process expertise to inform decisions
- Translate business priorities into a sequenced roadmap for the Business Systems team to execute
- Lead technical direction and influence strategy across business and technical teams, establishing credibility as a trusted advisor even where you don’t have formal decision authority
- Own evaluation, selection, and retirement of tools within the GTM stack. Confirm every new tool for business and architectural fit, and identify existing tools that no longer justify their cost or complexity
Roadmap & Release Management
- Own delivery for the Business Systems roadmap across marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash, ensuring clear communication and business alignment throughout
- Own release cadence and content, ensuring the business has clear, consistent visibility into what is releasing and when
- Prioritize and sequence initiatives in partnership with product owners and technical teams
- Identify bottlenecks and risks in the current business systems landscape, and include these initiatives in the roadmap to harden our architectural foundations and increase overall capacity
Build & Architecture
- Maintain working fluency with core GTM systems sufficient to validate solutions, test critical paths, and unblock the team when needed
- Engage directly with end users (sales, marketing, and operations staff) to observe how systems are used and surface friction that has gone unreported
- Own architectural direction and outcomes for GTM systems, partnering with the Principal Architect to translate business priorities into technical design
- Evaluate the systems landscape to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to consolidate or extend the platform
- Scale the business systems landscape responsibly and efficiently – identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to extend our capabilities and function while maintaining system stability
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of Product Owners and Admins and evolve it as the role and function grow, working with business systems leadership to define the scope and roles
- Set standards for requirements documentation, process design, and stakeholder communication across the team
- Partner with our broader architecture and development teams so that GTM decisions hold up across the wider enterprise landscape
What Success Looks Like
- Reps spend their time selling, rather than thinking about the system. They follow the processes set by the business because they are the easiest, most effective way to do their jobs well.
- Our end users trust our data. Leaders run their forecasts directly out of the system, and reps find what they need at their fingertips to facilitate intelligent prospecting and easily identify buying signals.
- Lead-to-cash operates as one smooth motion across marketing, sales, and finance systems, without manual handoffs or re-keyed data between stages
- The sales team requests you by name, because when you show up, their problems get solved
- New systems and integrations extend a coherent platform rather than introducing fragmentation or redundant capability
- The team grows in capability and ownership over time, with this role progressively delegating execution while maintaining accountability for outcomes and staying close enough to the system to identify issues early
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience spanning GTM systems, revenue operations, or business systems, with demonstrated depth in both business process and technical architecture with prior experience as a people leader
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Working knowledge of sales productivity tools such as Clari, Groove, Outreach, and Gong, as well as the broader ecosystem of Sales and Marketing tooling
- Experience establishing new processes, standards, or governance frameworks in the absence of existing structure
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, especially Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, with enough technical depth to evaluate and shape architectural recommendations from technical specialists, rather than solely relay them
- Data fluency and curiosity to build a deep understanding of our business and our data; You should be able to look at customer, product, and usage data, see where the opportunity is, and partner with our data and analytics teams to get that signal in front of a rep in a form they will act on
- Bias toward shipping – You would rather deliver something useful during current sprint than design something perfect for next year
What Will Set You Apart
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience through fast growth or a major platform migration
- Exposure to service and support workflows alongside sales
