Sr Product Manager (Patient Experience)
This position will be remote within the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager on our Patient Experience team, you will lead the development of digital solutions that help dental practices:
- Attract more patients and boost their online presence
- Streamline communication and appointment scheduling
- Simplify pre-visit processes with digital tools
- Enhance every interaction, from first contact to follow-up care
What You Will Do
- Conduct in-depth customer research and interviews to uncover patient and practice needs, focusing on solutions that address complete challenges for patients and dental providers
- Develop data-informed strategies and product roadmaps that prioritize outcomes that make every touchpoint more convenient for patients and more efficient for office staff
- Deliver product experiences that remove administrative burdens, enabling dental teams to spend more time providing excellent care
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to launch features that drive measurable improvements in patient engagement, satisfaction, and practice growth
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understanding
- Monitor industry trends in digital patient experience and practice marketing to ensure our solutions remain best-in-class and ahead of patient expectations
- Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and supporting the development of peers
- Champion the voice of the patient and practice in every product decision, ensuring our solutions deliver actionable insights that optimize both operations and patient care
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%

Qualifications
Must Haves
- 4+ years of experience in product management with a focus on delivering B2B software solutions, ideally in a healthcare or digital experience platform
- Proven track record of launching products that enhance the customer and patient experience, leveraging digital tools to drive real results (e.g. reduced manual tasks, improved communications, increased bookings, etc.)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating within a matrixed organization to coordinate across business units and functions, successfully launching software products that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable results
- Understanding of how data, customer insights, and industry benchmarks inform product direction and drive continuous improvement
- Customer focused mindset: you understand and address customer needs, with an interest in engaging with users to validate those solutions align with their expectations and challenges
- Demonstrates a bias toward action, consistently driving projects forward with a sense of urgency, making decisions swiftly while maintaining focus on delivering results
- Skilled in breaking down product goals into incremental, testable steps that align with iterative development practices
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate product vision and outcomes to diverse stakeholders
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with an openness to feedback and growth
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field
- Relevant industry certifications
- Experience in the medical or dental industry, bringing valuable industry insights to the table
The posted range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
