Job Summary
We are looking for a Product/UX Designer who thrives on solving customer problems and designing intuitive experiences within complex systems. You should bring solid experience across research, UX, and UI design, with deeper expertise in at least one area. As a Product Designer, you’re excited to roll up your sleeves and own the design work, while also collaborating with and supporting junior designers when needed.
This role is highly collaborative — you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and technical constraints into clear, user-centered solutions. You’ll apply design best practices, help shape research activities within the product roadmap, and contribute to building consistent, thoughtful design patterns across the product. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing user needs with business goals in a fast-moving environment.

The posted range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.

What You Will Do
- Champion user-centered design by deeply understanding customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Take ownership of the design process for assigned features — from early concepts and prototyping to creating high-fidelity UI designs and clear design specifications
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, ensuring a seamless and iterative design process that integrates feedback at every stage
- Balance user needs with business goals, making strategic design decisions that drive both usability and impact
- Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to share ideas and continuously improve the design process
- Support and contribute to voice-of-customer research and usability assessments, applying insights to improve user experiences
- Collaborate with and support junior designers when needed, sharing feedback and best practices
- Travel typically less than 10%
- Office environment with no special physical demands required
- 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering top-tier B2B software products in a product design role
- Experience across the full design lifecycle: from problem discovery through data and research, to solution ideation, prototyping, user testing, and iteration
- Ability to design end-to-end user experiences, focusing on seamless journeys and intuitive interactions
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for identifying and solving user pain points, and engaging directly with users to ensure we’re building what truly meets their needs
- A growth-oriented, self-aware designer who is eager to learn, improve, and adapt
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineers
- Familiarity with web and mobile design best practices, plus a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience using and contributing to design systems, including style guides, components, and interaction patterns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Human Factors
- Experience in the medical or dental industry, bringing valuable industry insights to the table
