  • Conduct operational analysis across the member lifecycle – acquisition, onboarding, retention, and support – to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Build advanced Excel models and analyses for ad hoc business questions and scenario planning
What You Will Have
Experience & Education
  • 5+ years of experience as a business or data analyst, preferably with a digitally focused, direct-to-consumer subscription-based model
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as business, statistics, economics, or a quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, and/or Cursor) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and surface insights faster, with genuine enthusiasm for adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge
  • Skilled at translating business needs into data requirements, key metrics, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Experience designing experimental testing methodologies to identify and quantify the drivers and impact of product, marketing, and operational changes
Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable presentations for non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and communicate constructively even when findings challenge assumptions

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
