Job Summary
This position is responsible for establishing relationships and directing competitive offering to retain and expand existing mid-market to large accounts. Primary responsibility is to retain and grow the accounts revenues through adoption, current product growth, new product growth and overall customer health by managing the relationship, commercial terms, account plan and deliverables and managing key stakeholder relationships for company and customer to achieve business results and customer outcomes. This position cultivates new and maintains active business relationships as well as facilitates growth in existing accounts.


What You Will Do
  • Achieve revenue and new bookings quota serving Henry Schein One’s customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional executive and account team relationships with large, NDSO, DSO, DPO, DHO customers.
  • Build and grow the Henry Schein One Brand representing all products and services to customers
  • Leverage partners and OneSchein relationships to drive revenue retention and growth and customer advocacy
  • Drive the adoption of the entire portfolio through leveraging resources and knowledge across HSI. Partner with cross-divisional teams to understand and strategically influence customer goals and key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Henry Schein One’s Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management and Services teams to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes
  • Negotiate and develop terms and contracts; Navigate multiyear large MSA contracts.
Travel/Physical Demands
  • Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically, 2 or more years of related experience, such as account management, sales and/or customer success, or customer service experience. Dental technology experience is a plus.   

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Demonstrated success in delivering profitable growth with medium to large accounts in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to communicate, engage and drive execution with internal teams Proven ability to develop internal and external partnerships
  • Verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively align customers to product outcomes and minimize customer risk and churn
  • Experienced in presentation and public speaking
  • Strong independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Understand, interpret, and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability
  • Ability to plan and manage complex and successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget, and assign areas of responsibility
  • Strong Planning and organizational skills and techniques
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships
  • Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict, and navigate politics
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Outstanding in multiple technical and business skills
  • Experiencing using tools to support the sales and account management process, such as Salesforce, Domo, Gainsight or equivalent
Nice to have:
  • Experience in Account Management, Customers Success and/or Sales experience with Medium to Large accounts delivering technology solutions, preferably in the SaaS industry; dental or healthcare experience a plus
The posted range for this position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 OTE (On Target Earnings). On target earnings includes the annual base pay as well as the anticipated annual on target bonus, which together represent the expected compensation range for this role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
