Job Summary
The Sales Enrollment Consultant understands the healthcare industry and how dental practices operate. Through effective communication and promotion of our products and marketing information, you will engage with dental offices, including participating network dentists, to enroll in the Dental Marketing Program. A key aspect of the role is educating dental office managers and treatment coordinators on the products, services, and offerings provided by DentalPlans.com and Henry Schein One, while actively identifying opportunities to grow relationships by recommending solutions that help acquire new customers. This includes placing outbound calls to dental offices and providers, verifying account information, and educating them on program details and available materials. Additionally, you will utilize prospect and dormant account lists as sources for potential opportunities, conduct pre-call planning to assess account viability, and work toward enrolling accounts and converting them into producing offices. Success in this role requires learning and effectively using technology, tools, and reporting systems to track account history and optimize call schedule management. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve program growth.

What you will do
  • Build strong relationships and account ownership, acting as a trusted resource for marketing materials, training, and strategies to promote patient enrollments.
  • Connect with dental offices to create, promote and drive engagement for Dental Savings plans and other Henry Schein One Products.
  • Drive dental office participation in our Dental Savings Plans by enrolling dental accounts and converting them into actively producing participants. Use leads from various sources, including assigned accounts, inbound communication, and team collaboration, to drive enrollments.
  • Educate and guide dental office teams on available marketing materials and programs, offering follow-up training as needed to facilitate effective implementation.
  • Create detailed plans to facilitate the attainment of monthly sales targets
  • Unearth new sales opportunities by networking with assigned clients through substantial and deliberate outbound communication activities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by providing professional, engaging, and knowledgeable support during all interactions with dental offices.
  • Update and maintain leads and opportunities in the CRM to accurately track account activity, maintain customer records, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain minimum daily activity with clients and prospects that generates sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with DentalPlans.com customer success, services, and support teams to ensure clients receive expected value and utilize their solutions
  • Actively participate in team collaboration, including call reviews and feedback sessions with managers, team leaders, and trainers, to ensure quality and consistency in communications.
  • Ensure all communications and data updates are timely, accurate, and in alignment with company processes and procedures.
  • Work remotely, utilizing provided technology and tools to participate in team meetings, individual check-ins with management, and ongoing communication.
  • Follow department guidelines and training materials to complete tasks efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team and company objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment to company core values by adhering to policies, maintaining professional conduct, and meeting established performance standards.

  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
Travel/Physical Demands
  • Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically 3 or more years of related experience.
  • Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
  • Minimum two (2) years outside sales experience
  • Dental experience a plus
  • Ability to work with Dental Customers/Prospects
  • Excellent communication, analytical, listening, and organizations skills
  • Strong selling, customer service and negotiation skills
  • Good telephone etiquette with the ability to call out to and answer a high volume of calls
  • Ability to effectively answer inquiries and resolve disputes.
  • Self-starter and team player working in a remote environment
  • Driven to meet and surpass goals/targets
  • Can handle high volumes of calls
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills

The pay for this position $21/hr. This role is also eligible for commission pay.
