Group Product Manager (RCM Ledger)
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to act as a player-coach and lead a small team of Product Managers focused on delivering an exceptional experience in Revenue Cycle Management and patient payments. In this role, you will own vision and strategy for Henry Schein One’s RCM and payments portfolio, including solutions that support eligibility, estimates, billing, claims, payments, financing, collections, and financial reporting.
You’ll guide your team in deeply understanding the financial and operational realities of dental practices - identifying friction in cash flow, reimbursement, and patient responsibility—and turning those insights into products that improve revenue performance, transparency, and patient trust.
As an experienced product leader with strong customer empathy and systems thinking, you’re passionate about building connected financial workflows that span the full lifecycle of care, from pre-visit eligibility through final payment and reconciliation. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy partnering closely with engineering, design, data, finance, sales, support, and implementation teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
At Henry Schein One, Product Management is responsible for setting strategy, building aligned roadmaps, and driving execution. You’ll play a critical role in creating solutions that help practices get paid faster, reduce administrative burden, improve patient payment experiences, and operate more efficiently at scale.
What You Will Do

- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers through mentorship, coaching, and development, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture
- Deeply understand customer workflows and pain points related to insurance, billing, claims, payments, and collections through research and direct engagement
- Translate customer and market insights into clear product priorities and a data-informed roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs such as days in A/R, collection rates, payment adoption, reimbursement accuracy, and patient payment conversion
- Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies across teams to deliver high-impact RCM and payments capabilities
- Drive cross-functional execution in close partnership with engineering, design, data, finance, sales, support, and implementation teams
- Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly and consistently to stakeholders through strong documentation and presentations
- Monitor regulatory, market, and competitive trends in healthcare payments and RCM to keep our solutions ahead of the curve
- Champion best practices in product management and lead by example in product thinking, decision-making, and customer advocacy
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%
- Office environment with no special physical demands required
