Job Summary:Partner with business leadership in ensuring business success via well designed and executed human resources strategies. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be the principal advisor and liaison between business leadership/teams and other HR centers of excellence, including; benefits, compensation, training & development, payroll, recruiting, and HRIS. Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., policy & SOP creation, eNPS, performance evaluation, talent planning, merit & bonus cycles, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational change). Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. This HRBP role is anticipated to be working primarily with the Sales organization and other adjacent groups.
What you will do:
- Build strong and trusted working relationships across the business at all levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in business acumen and desire to understand the business goals/strategies with the ability to propose HR initiatives that will support them.
- Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers.
- Provide advice and counsel to leaders on matters related to team member performance and employee relations issues, including involvement with the annual employee evaluation process. Consults corporate legal department on matters related to compliance with employment law.
- Consult with fellow HRBPs and HR leadership on the plans and strategies across business group and geographies. Provides support including but not limited to coaching, counseling, staff changes, etc.
- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement, performance, retention and overall team member experience; follows through on execution.
- Consults with corporate compensation department and HR leaders in the creation and updating of job descriptions, maintenance of salary structure, and benchmarking of compensation.
- Supports business groups in all Human Resource functional areas, including but not limited to job evaluation/job descriptions, policies and procedures, benefits, organizational development, recruitment – on boarding/ off boarding, time off & leave, and performance management.
- Works in conjunction with the Organizational Development team and management by coordinating and/or delivering training programs/presentations in various subject disciplines relevant to the assigned teams, as required.
- Leads or assists in other special projects/initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years Human Resource experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Able to work at a fast pace and to multi-task.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Adept at all HR competencies i.e. compensation, benefits, employee relations.
- Ability to own and manage projects
- Prior experience with HR computer systems (Workday a plus).
- Financial & business acumen preferred
- Public speaking or presentation skills preferred
