Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading Henry Schein One’s Sales for the Strategic Accounts Segment  -selling all products and services into new and existing large accounts in into the multi-site/strategic accounts market segment as well as strategic markets including Specialty, Integrated Care and Government.

What you will do
  • Lead a team of enterprise sales executives and account managers to drive achievement of annual new logo and expansion bookings of HS One’s largest multi-site/strategic customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales operations, customer success, product, solution engineering, implementation, and training.
  • Partner with Henry Schein Dental for strategic customer wins
  • Excellence in Account Planning and winning with CRM discipline
  • Forecast as we drive growth in the customer segment and across portfolios
  • Coach and mentor the sales team
  • Develop, motivate, mentor, and retain premier sales and account management teams to meet goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on new products, sales promotions and pricing to drive sales growth
  • Apply strong analytical acumen to develop and use a variety of metrics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and drive success
Travel/Physical Demands
  • Travel typically less than 20-25%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 5 or more years of management experience.
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
  • Saas Sales and/or Account Management Leadership Expertise
  • Typically, 10 or more years of selling to new prospects and/or large, complex existing customers at the enterprise level.
  • Strategic problem solver with a demonstrable ability to build innovative sales models, combined with the tactical ability to execute
  • Excellent experience driving additional revenue through a targeted approach to selling to close white space in large accounts
  • Business Acumen across PE, M&A, CAPEX and OPEX operating models
  • Operational experience to motivate a team of sales and/or account management professionals
  • Salesforce, Outreach, Clari and other tools to ensure accurate forecasting, playbook execution, and account planning and management.
Nice to have:
  • Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
  • Dental or Medical Industry Expertise a plus

The posted range for this position is $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 OTE (On Target Earnings)On target earnings includes the annual base pay as well as the anticipated annual variable compensation (commission target), which together represent the expected compensation range for this role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
